Day 1 - London to Munich

This morning, you will board the Eurostar from London to Brussels, where you'll transfer to a high-speed Deutsche Bahn InterCity Express (ICE) train for a direct journey to Cologne. Here, you'll change trains for the final leg to Munich. Upon arrival in the Bavarian capital, check into your hotel for a two-night stay. (Overnight in Munich)

Day 2 - Munich

Following breakfast today enjoy the day exploring Munich. Discover the city’s many renowned sights and attractions. Start at Marienplatz, the vibrant heart of Munich, and enjoy panoramic city views from the top of the Town Hall. Uncover the legend of the Teufelstritt (Devil's Footstep), or consider touring the famous Deutsches Museum. No visit to Munich is complete without experiencing a traditional beer hall. Day 3 - Munich to Salzburg

Enjoy another morning in Munich before boarding your train to Salzburg. Upon arrival in Salzburg, check into your hotel for a two-night stay. Welcome to your first Austrian destination! Enjoy a taste of the mountains and the magic of The Sound of Music. For an authentic taste of Salzburg, explore the restaurants along Linzergasse on the right side of the river. Day 4 - Salzburg

After breakfast at your hotel, spend the day exploring the charming sights of Salzburg. Begin in the old town overlooking the Salzach River, where cobbled streets are lined with quaint shops. Day 5 - Salzburg to Innsbruck

Today, board a direct OBB RailJet train from Salzburg to the picturesque city of Innsbruck, an Alpine haven nestled in the heart of Tyrol and surrounded by majestic mountains. Day 6 - Innsbruck

Begin your day with a delightful breakfast at your hotel, preparing yourself for an exciting day of exploration in Innsbruck.

Head to Innsbruck's charming Old Town, renowned for its medieval architecture and picturesque streets. Day 7 - Innsbruck to Cologne 

After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, board your train from Innsbruck to Cologne, with a change in Munich. Relax and take in the scenic countryside as the train travels through charming landscapes. You’ll pass through the historic market town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen before continuing to Cologne. Upon arrival, check into your hotel for your overnight stay.

Spend your afternoon exploring Cologne. Visit the Chocolate Museum for a delightful tasting experience, unwind at a traditional bar while sampling the local Kölsch beer, or ascend to the top of the Dom Cathedral for stunning panoramic views of the city. (Overnight in Cologne)

Day 7 - Cologne to London  

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and spend the morning discovering more of Cologne. Later, board a train to Brussels. Upon arrival, transfer to the Eurostar for your journey back to London.
