WHAT IS THE ACCOMMODATION LIKE?

The average number of guests onboard a river ship is 200; they are much smaller, intimate, and cosy compared to ocean ships. All cabins come with a window as a minimum, and balconies are usually called 'French or 'Juliet balconies, which are floor-to-ceiling windows that open; however, some river cruise lines have verandas that you can sit out on and watch the world go by.
