With over 11 years of experience in travel sales and almost 14 years in the wider tourism industry, Olivia is passionate about creating tailor-made rail holidays that are as unique as the people taking them. She has a particular love for Italy, a destination she has been exploring for more than two decades, and has extensive knowledge of Switzerland and Norway. One of her favourite rail journeys is the spectacular Bernina Express, which connects Switzerland and Italy through some of Europe’s most breathtaking Alpine scenery.

Italy holds a special place in Olivia’s heart. Having travelled extensively throughout the country, she enjoys introducing clients to hidden gems alongside the iconic highlights. Her connection to Italy is also personal, having chosen the beautiful town of Sorrento for her wedding in 2024 after many visits to the Amalfi Coast, one of her favourite regions.

Olivia believes every exceptional holiday begins by getting to know her clients. By understanding how they like to travel, what inspires them and the experiences they’re looking for, she creates itineraries that perfectly balance sightseeing, scenic rail journeys and time to simply relax and enjoy each destination. She is equally passionate about providing outstanding service, supporting clients from their initial enquiry through to their return home.
