Operations Co-OrdinatorHelen has been part of the Marvellous Escapes family for over two years and is one of the friendly faces working behind the scenes to help ensure every holiday runs smoothly from start to finish. With a background in finance, she brings a natural eye for detail and organisation, helping to support clients and colleagues throughout the holiday journey.
Although she describes herself as not having travelled extensively, Helen has developed a particular appreciation for Switzerland and Italy through her work, two destinations she believes offer some of Europe’s most rewarding rail experiences.
Helen enjoys helping clients with ticketing questions and travel arrangements, taking satisfaction in knowing she has played a part in making someone’s holiday experience as seamless and stress-free as possible. She believes that great customer service often comes from the small details and enjoys being able to support clients at every stage of their journey.
